After many years of paying rent for our office space we have finally bitten the bullet and purchased our own lovely building at 18 Allen Street, South Townsville QLD 4810.  We are right in the heart of the action a stones throw from Palmer Street in one direction and a short stroll to the future site of the new Stadium.

With internet advertising being a very effective way of taking your property to market we do try to offer you a great deal of exposure with minimal outlays. We do recommend 'feature' listing upgrades to at least the major website which experiences the bulk of traffic to at least keep your listing above and make it appear more prominent than all standard listings.

Combining web based advertising with some form of print media (eg Townsville Bulletin property guide) offers the best results.  Newspaper advertising is available at cost.
